Standard Bulb Replacement Service
What to expect:
One of our staff will often visit for a pre-inspection of the area and required materials.
Our team will arrive within the scheduled window.
We will asses the work, and area preparation required, and consult with the client as to the specifics
of each job.
Once the job commences, our workers will lay out protective floor covering to keep surfaces clean and protected.
Our 2 man work crew will then erect scaffolding to safely work at the required height. We will inspect the fixture and note any damage or possible issues with the client.
Once any bulb changes or upgrades are complete, we will dust or lightly clean the fixture as needed. Any ornate or classic style chandeliers that require specialized attention, may be cleaned at an additional hourly cost.

Our basic bulb is a standard 60 watt equivelant LED bulb. Available in:
5000k+/- Giving a bright clean white
or
3000k+/- A soft warm light similar to a tradional incandescent bulb.
Standard (non-dimmable) 60w equivelant LED White or Warm $4.50 Each
Standard (dimmable) 60w equivelant LED White or Warm $8.00 Each
Many other styles and types are available with varying prices.
Upgrade or Specialty Bulb Solutions
Our team implements advanced lighting upgrades to enhance performance and energy efficiency in high locations.
Designer filament style bulbs are available at variable prices.
Other bulbs available upon request such as color changing Bluetooth bulbs, and specialty fitting bulbs.
